IT Technician / IT Support Staff (m/w/d)

 

Senior – Vienna, Full Time

 

 Your Role with Us:

  • Comprehensive management of server and client infrastructures for exciting clients across various industries
  • Independent execution of complex IT projects, from planning to successful implementation
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, server systems, and complex network solutions
  • Acting as a central point of contact for our customers in 2nd- and 3rd-level support—via remote maintenance, phone, and occasionally on-site
  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance of internal and external IT systems, including updates, patch management, and system optimization
  • Coordination and management of the technical team, including resource planning and professional support for colleagues

 

What you contribute

  • Completed IT education (HTL, technical school, university degree, or equivalent qualification) and several years of practical experience in IT support or system administration
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft server & client operating systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Terminal Server, etc.)
  • Ideally, Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or similar)
  • High level of initiative and solution-oriented working style, along with a strong sense of quality and reliability
  • Excellent German skills and very good English proficiency
  • Class B driver’s license (for occasional customer visits)
