1. Data transmission / data logging

When you visit this site, the web server automatically records log files that cannot be assigned to a specific person. In accordance with applicable law, you can ask IT United GmbH in writing at any time whether and what personal data about you is stored. You will receive notification of this as soon as possible.

5. Security of your data

The personal data you provide will be secured by taking all technical and organizational security measures so that it is inaccessible to unauthorized third parties. When sending very sensitive data or information, it is recommended to use the postal service, as complete data security cannot be guaranteed by email.

On some pages, IT United GmbH uses so-called “session cookies” to make it easier for you to use the websites. These are small text files that are only stored on your hard drive for the duration of your visit to our website and are deleted again when you close the browser, depending on the settings of your browser program. Functions of the Twitter service are integrated into the website. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the “Re-Tweet” function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. This data is also transmitted to Twitter. We would like to point out that as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. 10. Your Rights

Right to information:
You can request confirmation from IT United GmbH as to whether and to what extent your data is being processed.

Right to correction:
If IT United GmbH processes your personal data that is incomplete or incorrect, you can request that it be corrected or completed at any time.

Right to deletion:
You can request that IT United GmbH delete your personal data if it is processed unlawfully or if the processing disproportionately interferes with your legitimate protection interests. There may be reasons that prevent immediate deletion (e.g. statutory retention requirements).

Right to restriction of processing:
You can request that IT United GmbH restrict the processing of your data if

• You dispute the accuracy of the data for a period of time that enables IT United GmbH to check the accuracy of the data,
• the processing of the data is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and instead request a restriction on the use of the data,
• IT United GmbH no longer needs the data for the intended purpose, but you still need this data to assert or defend legal claims,
• You have objected to the processing of your data.

Right to data portability:
You can request that IT United GmbH provide you with the data that you have entrusted to IT United GmbH for storage in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

Right to object:
If IT United GmbH processes data to carry out tasks in the public interest, to exercise official authority or if IT United GmbH relies on the need to protect our legitimate interest during the processing, you can object to this data processing. The objection is justified if you have a legitimate interest in protecting your data.

Right to complain:
If you are of the opinion that IT United GmbH is violating data protection law when processing your data, we ask you to contact us. Of course, you also have the option of complaining to the Austrian data protection authority, and from May 25, 2018 also to the supervisory authority within the EU.

If we have any doubts about your identity, additional information may be requested. Please note that if rights are obviously unfounded or are exercised particularly frequently, IT United GmbH may charge an appropriate processing fee or refuse to process your application.
